Whole School Evaluation

The school had a Whole School Evaluation in March . During the Whole School Evaluation , a group of Department of Education and Skills inspectors visited the school to review practices and policies and to spend time with each member of staff. Part of the process was to issue questionnaires to every pupil and to every parent to ascertain what they thought of the school.

Mid-Term Break

The school will close on Friday 18th. February at 2.40 p.m. for the mid-term break. The school will remain closed until Monday 28th. February. Not all primary schools in New Ross are closing for the week. The CBS, however, came back after the summer holidays two days earlier than the other schools in town and we also went into school on 8th. December. This has facilitated us in taking the full week in February.
